2008-2017年连云港市学生肺结核流行现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解2008-2017年连云港市学生肺结核流行特征,为制定学校肺结核防控策略提供参考依据。方法对连云港市2008-2017年学生肺结核资料信息汇总整理,采用描述流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2008-2017年连云港市学生肺结核年发病率由16.37/10万下降至11.21/10万,下降31.52%(Z=4.392,P<0.001)。学生肺结核累计发病率最高为第二季度(50.98/10万,382例),各季度累计发病率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=72.097,P<0.001)。全市各县区均有学生肺结核分布,学生肺结核发病男女性别比为1.83∶1,发病年龄主要集中在16~19岁(53.83%)和≥20岁(35.76%)年龄段。学生肺结核发病率与当地居民平均收入呈负相关(rs=-0.900,P=0.037)。结论应做好校园卫生管理,加强学生肺结核主动筛查和健康教育工作,有效防控学生肺结核发生。Objectives The aim of this study was to understand the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Lianyungang city from 2008 to 2017,in order to provide reference for formulating pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control strategies in schools.Methods The data of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Lianyungang from 2008 to 2017 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results From 2008 to 2017,the annual incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Lianyungang city dropped from 16.37/100,000 to 11.21/100,000,and declined 31.52%(Z=4.392,P<0.001).The highest cumulative incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis was in the second quarter(50.98/100,000,382 cases),and the cumulative incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in each quarter had significant difference(χ2=72.097,P<0.001).Pupil tuberculosis was distributed in all counties and districts of the city.The sex ratio of pulmonary tuberculosis among students was 1.83:1.The age of pulmonary tuberculosis was mainly between 16-19 years old(53.83%)and over 20 years old(35.76%).The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis among students was negatively correlated with the average income of local residents(rs=-0.900,P=0.037).Conclusion We should do a good job in campus health management,strengthen students'active screening of tuberculosis and health education,and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis.
