摘　　要：目的分析宁夏2006-2018年水痘突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,为有效预防控制水痘疫情提供科学依据。方法对突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统中,2006-2018年宁夏报告的水痘突发公共卫生事件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2006-2018年宁夏共计报告一般级别水痘突发公共卫生事件180起,占全区突发公共卫生事件报告总数的42.15%,平均罹患率2.92%;5市中银川市报告事件起数最多78起,占水痘突发事件报告总数的43.33%,中卫市和吴忠市较少,分别报告14起、11起,占7.78%、6.11%;水痘疫情主要集中在4-6月份、10-12月份;学校分布主要集中在农村小学(46.11%)、城市小学(20.00%)和县镇小学(15.56%)。结论小学是水痘突发公共卫生事件发生主要场所,应继续加强水痘突发疫情的预防和控制,做好水痘疫情防控知识宣传教育,适时开展水痘疫苗接种。Objective The study aimed to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella public health emergencies in Ningxia from 2006 to 2018 to provide scientific basis for preventing varicella epidemic effectively.Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the data of varicella public health emergencies reported in Information System for Disease Control and Prevention during 2006 to 2018.Results A total of 180 varicella public health emergencies was reported in Ningxia between 2006 and 2018,accounting for 42.15%of the total number of outbreaks,the average attack rate was2.92%.Among the five cities,the number of varicella public health emergencies in Yinchuan city was 78,accounting for43.33%of the total number in the whole region,fewer public health emergencies were reported in Zhongwei(14 cases,7.78%)and Wuzhong(11 cases,6.11%).The temporal distribution of varicella outbreak was bimodal,mainly from April to June and October to December.The incidence of varicella public health emergencies in rural primary school(46.11%),urban primary schools(20.00%)and town primary schools(15.56%)was the highest in different types of schools.Conclusion Primary schools are the main places where public health emergencies of varicella occur.We should continue to strengthen the prevention and control of varicella outbreaks,to publicize and educate the knowledge of varicella epidemic prevention and control,and carry out the varicella vaccination at the right time.
