摘 要:目的从肠道菌群角度探讨婴幼儿湿疹的防治进展,为其后续研究和临床防治提供重要依据。方法分析近10年基础和临床研究,综述肠道菌群与湿疹的关系以及肠道微生态制剂补充对婴幼儿湿疹的防治作用。结果婴幼儿湿疹与肠道微生态和黏膜免疫应答系统发育尚未健全,对致敏原易感有关。肠道微生态制剂补通过补充益生菌和/或益生元,调整肠道菌群结构和宿主免疫平衡,修复微生物屏障,是预防和治疗婴幼儿湿疹的重要途径。结论婴幼儿湿疹与肠道微生态及黏膜免疫系统未发育成熟有关,补充微生态制剂是其防治重要途径。Objective The study discussed the prevention and treatment progress of infantile eczema from the perspective of gut microbiota,aiming to provide important basis for its follow-up research and clinical prevention.Methods The basic and clinical studies in the last decade were analyzed.Relationship between gut microbiota and eczema was reviewed,and effect of supplement of intestinal microecologics on the prevention and treatment of infantile eczema was discussed.Results Infantile eczema resulted from immature of intestinal micro-ecology and mucosal immune system,making it easy to be susceptible to allergens.Microecologics was an important way to prevent and treat infantile eczema by supplementing probiotics and prebiotics,adjusting gut microbial composition,host immune balance,and repairing microbial barrier.Conclusion Infantile eczema is related to the immature of gut intestinal micro-ecology and mucosal immune system,and supplement of microecologics is crucial for its prevention and treatment.
