摘  要:设计1根普通混凝土梁和3根再生橡胶混凝土梁,以橡胶的掺入数量大小为试验参数,研究在相同水灰比条件下,普通混凝土梁和再生橡胶混凝土梁抗弯性能的不同和共性点,以及加入不同橡胶颗粒量大小的再生橡胶混凝土梁受弯力学性能的不同之处,着重研究了再生橡胶混凝土梁的抗弯承载力和承受挠度大小性能。试验结果表明:在试验构件受弯过程中,再生橡胶混凝土梁受弯产生的现象同普通混凝土梁大体上一致,四组构件在试验过程中都进行了弹性、开裂、屈服和构件破坏四个过程。对于再生橡胶混凝土梁橡胶粉掺入量的部分增大,其极限弯矩会不断降低,而挠度却不断增大。In this experiment,one ordinary concrete beam and three recycled rubber concrete beams were designed.The rubber mixing quantity was used as experimental parameters to study the difference and commonality of the bending resistance of ordinary concrete beams and recycled rubber concrete beams under the same water-cement ratio.And the difference in flexural mechanical properties of recycled rubber concrete beams with different rubber particle sizes,the research on the flexural capacity and the deflection resistance of recycled rubber concrete beams are studied.The experimental results show that during the bending process of the experimental members,the phenomenon of the bending of the recycled rubber concrete beam is basically the same as that of the ordinary concrete beam.The four groups of components undergo the four processes of elasticity,cracking,yielding and component failure during the experiment.For the partial increase of the rubber powder in the recycled rubber concrete beam,the ultimate bending moment will continue to decrease,while the deflection will continue to increase.
