摘  要:系统研究40、80目橡胶粉等质量取代天然砂,复掺环氧树脂制备砂浆的碳化性能。正交试验结果表明:环氧树脂明显减小砂浆的碳化深度,显著提高砂浆的抗碳化能力;40目橡胶粉对砂浆抗碳化能力不利,但影响不显著;80目橡胶粉不利于基体砂浆的抗碳化性能,且对长期碳化性能的不利影响更显著。充分考虑试验分析结果和经济效益,各组分的最佳配合比:环氧树脂掺加13%,40、80目橡胶粉各掺加3%时综合性能最优。The natural sand are substitute by 40 mesh and 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder for manufacturing mortar and a certain amount of epoxy resin is added to modify the material property,the carbonization property is studied systematically.The results of orthogonal experimental show that the carbonation depth of mortar is reduce obviously for using of epoxy resin,it means that the anti-carbonation ability of mortar is significantly improved.Rubber powder of 40 mesh is to the disadvantage of the anti-carbonization capability of mortar,and not significant.Rubber powder of 80 mesh is not good for the anti-carbonization resistance of matrix mortar,and the longer the carbonation time,the more obvious the adverse effect.Fully consider the test analysis results and economic benefits the optimum mixing of each component are add 3%80 mesh rubber powder,3%40 mesh rubber powder and 13%epoxy resin.
