摘　　要：沿着群众文化的线索,重新扎根历史,1949年以来浙江省缙云县农村婺剧发展的案例,体现出农村文艺实践中集体性和业余性的原则,其中还包含着社会主义想象,以及一种超越工资关系的生产关系和组织关系的可能性。更重要的是,在中国特色社会主义的文艺实践中,这种关系一直延续到当下,仍处于进行时态,这在乡村振兴的新时代又具有了新的理论和实践意义。Based on the mass culture and historical records,this paper,by taking the development of rural Wuju in Jinyun County of Zhejiang Province since 1949 as a case,abstracts the principles of collectivity and amateurism in the practice of rural literature and art and points out the socialist imagination therein,as well as the possibility of a production relationship and an organizational relationship beyond the salary relationship.More importantly,in the practice of literature and art of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this relationship has continued to the present and is still in progress,which has new theoretical and practical significance in the new era of rural revitalization.
