摘 要:在C35等级的玻化微珠保温混凝土的基础上,将漂珠取代玻化微珠保温混凝土中的天然砂,研究了5种不同漂珠取代率(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)对玻化微珠保温混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度以及弹性模量的影响规律。试验结果表明,随漂珠取代率的增加玻化微珠保温混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度以及弹性模量均表现出下降的趋势;当漂珠取代率为50%(100%)时,玻化微珠保温混凝土的立方体抗压强度,劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度及弹性模量分别下降了12.4%(39.0%)、6.74%(33.71%)、15.79%(39.47%)、24.1%(42.5%);漂珠的掺入对玻化微珠保温混凝土的力学性能影响较大,因此漂珠的取代率不宜过高。In this experiment,on the basis of C35-grade glazed hollow bead insulation concrete,this experiment replaced the natural sand in the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete with float beads,and investigated the influence laws of five different bead replacement rates(0,25%,50%,75%,100%)to the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete on the cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compression strength and elastic modulus.The experimental results show that the cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete all show a downward trend with the increase of the replacement ratio of the floating beads.When the replacement ratio of float beads is 50%(100%),the cube compressive strength,split tensile strength,axial compressive strength,and elastic modulus of the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete respectively decreased by12.4%(39.0%),6.74%(33.71%),15.79%(39.47%),and 24.1%(42.5%).The incorporation of float beads has a great influence on the mechanical properties of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete,so the replacement rate of float beads should not be too high.
