摘 要:为了研究聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对混凝土早期抗裂性能的影响。制作了7组混凝土平板早期抗裂试验,其中6组混凝土里面掺入了PVA纤维,观察记录了开裂的整个过程。纤维长度和体积掺量为主要研究对象。通过计算得出了单位面积下不同配合比混凝土的裂缝总条数以及总面积,而且对混凝土裂缝降低系数进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:掺入纤维后,混凝土的早期抗裂性能有明显提高,不仅裂缝宽度有所减小,而且裂缝数量也有所减少。其中纤维长度为12 mm、体积掺量为1.6 kg/m^3的混凝土早期抗裂性能改善能力最明显,可以为PVA纤维在工程中的应用提供参考依据。In order to study the effect of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber on the early crack resistance of concrete.Seven sets of concrete flat crack test were made,in which 6 sets of concrete were mixed with PVA fiber,and the whole process of cracking was observed.Fiber length and volume content are the main research objects.Through calculation,the total number of cracks and total area of concrete with different proportions under unit area were obtained,and the concrete crack reduction coefficient was compared and analyzed.The test results show that the early crack resistance of the concrete is obviously improved after the fiber is blended,not only the crack width is reduced,but also the number of cracks is reduced.Among them,the early crack resistance performance of concrete with fiber length of 12 mm and volume of 1.6 kg/m^3 is the most obvious,which can provide reference for the application of PVA fiber in engineering.
