摘 要:针对花生小区播种常见花生种子分级机具分级精度低的问题,设计了1种双辊式花生种子分级机构,并对其关键部件进行了优化选型;利用EDEM软件对花生种子分级进行仿真分析,确定了螺旋转辊轴段长度、螺旋转辊转速和喂入速率是影响分级精度的主要因素;设计了三因素Box-Behnken试验,利用Design-Expert软件对试验结果进行方差分析,建立了显著参数的回归模型,获得了双辊式花生种子分级机构的最优组合参数:螺旋转辊轴段长度为171.9 mm,螺旋转辊转速为149.52 r/min,喂入速率为5.82粒/s。试验表明,在该组合参数下花生种子的分级精确率可达93.69%。研究结果可为双辊式小区花生种子分级机具的设计与改进提供理论基础。Aiming at the low classification accuracy of common peanut seed grading machines in peanut plots,a tworoller peanut seed grading mechanism was designed and its key components were optimally selected.The EDEM software was used to simulate the peanut seed grading.It was determined that the length of the spiral roller,the rotation speed of the spiral roller and the feeding rate of peanut seeds were the main factors affecting the classification accuracy of peanut seeds.A three-factor Box-Behnken test was designed,and the design results were analyzed by variance analysis using Design-Expert software.Finally,a regression model for significant parameters was established.The optimal combination parameters of the peanut seed grading system are as follows:the length of the spiral roller shaft is 171.9 mm,the rotation speed of the spiral roller is 149.52 r/min,and the feeding rate of the peanut seed is 5.82 per second.The test results showed that the classification accuracy of peanut seeds could reach 93.69%,and the research achievement can provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the two-roller peanut seed classification machine.
