湖北省国内旅游规模均衡分布了吗?--位序-规模法则对高首位度区域的适用分析

摘　　要：基于2006-2016年时间序列数据,利用首位度、频数分析等方法判断位序-规模法则拟合高首位度区域旅游规模结构的适用性。在此基础上,从空间关联和产业关联2个层面剖析湖北省国内旅游规模非均衡分布原因。结果表明:(1)湖北省国内旅游规模并不是位序-规模法则拟合的均衡分布,而是武汉“一市独大”,其他城市“弱小均质”的非均衡结构;(2)湖北省13市(州)国内旅游规模呈现“高-低”集聚特征,武汉一市的极化发展致使其他市(州)低水平均质;(3)住宿业、餐饮业、交通运输业、零售业发展水平显著调节了景区品质对国内旅游规模的影响,武汉具有优势关联产业,高品质景区使国内旅游极化发展;其他市(州)因为景区品质或关联产业的短板导致低水平均质。Using the statistical data from 2006 to 2016,this paper identifies the distribution characteristics of domestic tourism scale in 13 cities(prefectures)of Hubei province with methods of rank-size rule,primacy index,frequency analysis and hierarchical structure.Meanwhile it judges whether the rank-size rule is suitable for assessing the tourism scale structure of region with high priority degree.On this basis,this paper analyzes the disequilibrium distribution of domestic tourism in Hubei province from two aspects of spatial correlation and industrial correlation using panel data of 2016.The results show that domestic tourism scale is distributed unbalancedly in Hubei province with Wuhan polarization alone and other cities weak,small and homogeneous:which does not meet the results of the rank-scale rule.In terms of spatial correlation,the domestic tourism scale of 13 cities(prefectures)in Hubei province is characterized as high-low agglomeration.The polarization development of Wuhan leads to other cities low-level equilibrium.The moderating effects of accommodation,catering,transportation and retail industries are significant.Remarkable quality of scenic spots and advantages of related industries make Wuhan polarized and the shortages of quality of scenic spots or related industries lead to other cities′low-level equilibrium.
