摘 要:目前,中低压配网电压尚未得到很好的控制,低压台区存在功率因数正常但电压偏低的问题。针对该问题文中给出了一种基于电压对电容灵敏度的台区电压控制方法,该方法考虑了电容器实际发出无功功率随电压变化的特性。给出了电压对电容的灵敏度矩阵求取方法,并以此为基础提出了一个新的低压电容远程控制策略。通过对IEEE 33节点配网模型的仿真,验证了文中控制策略的有效性与合理性。At present,the voltage of medium and low voltage distribution network has not been well controlled.There are some areas suffering low voltage but with normal power factor.In order to solve this problem,a voltage control method of transformer areas based on sensitivity of voltage to capacitance is proposed in this paper.This method takes the characteristic of the actual reactive power of a capacitor changes with voltage into consideration.Firstly,a method for calculating the sensitivity matrix of voltage to capacitance is given and based on which a novel remote-control strategy of low voltage capacitance is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness and rationality of the voltage control strategy is verified by the simulation of the IEEE-33 node distribution network.
