摘  要:电力系统的非计划孤岛运行严重影响电力系统运行的稳定性,对含分布式电源的配电网进行实时的孤岛检测,尽量缩短孤岛运行的时间具有重要意义。为了更快、更准确的进行孤岛检测,利用PMU(Phasor Measurement Unit)测得配电网系统侧与微电网接入端相角数据,通过判断计算得到的两节点处的相角差值是否超过设定阈值进行孤岛检测;通过改进PMU频率跟踪DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform)算法,提高了PMU测量数据的测量精度;利用Matlab仿真软件对非计划孤岛运行场景进行仿真分析,验证了文中所提出方法的有效性。The non-planned island operation of the power system greatly affects the operation stability of the power system.It is of great significance to shorten the running time of islanding through the real-time islanding detection for the distribution network with distributed power supply.In order to make the island detection faster and more accurate,this paper adopts the PMU(phasor measurement unit)to detect the phasor data of remote island detection of the network connection of the grid system and the micro-grid.The measurement accuracy of PMU measurement data is improved by the improved PMU frequency tracking DFT algorithm.Finally,the accuracy of the proposed method in this paper was verified by Matlab simulation software.
