复视伴单侧瞳孔散大的神经梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者女,59岁,左侧瞳孔散大、复视10年。1年前查血清学梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)、血清学甲苯胺红不加热血清反应素试验(TRUST)、脑脊液TPPA均阳性。诊断:神经梅毒。A 59-year-old female presented diplopia and a dilated left pupil for ten years.The serology examination showed positive staining for treponema pallidum particle assay(TPPA)and toluidine red unheated serum reactins test(TRUST).The cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)was reacted.The diagnosis of neurosyphilis was made.
