摘 要:城市主干河道往往兼做城市防洪排涝的主通道,对城市防洪起重要作用。在相关城市规划、水利规划指导下进行工程设计,利用数学模型模拟验证防洪河道工程设计,可以得到设计方案下的水流流态,以及工程范围内上下游水位工况。基于模型,对设计方案进行优化,使其与规划相符,验证该河道工程作为城市防洪是满足规划要求的。The main urban rivers are often the main channel for the urban flood control and waterlogging drainage,and play an importance role in the urban flood control.The engineering design is carried out under the relative urban planning and hydraulic engineering planning guidance.The utilization of mathematic model to simulate and verify the engineering design of flood control river can obtain the water flow regime under the design scheme,and the working conditions of upstream and downstream water levels within the scope of the project.Based on the model,the design scheme is optimized in order to make it conform to the planning.It is verified that this river project meets the planning requirements as for urban flooding control.
