摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的不断加速,电力管网开始选用较大直径盾构隧道进行施工,通过在隧道内部设置隔仓及地坪,一方面满足现有管线排布和检修需求,另一方面也可预留远期线位。但与常规结构施工不同,区间内结构施工涉及长距离混凝土输运,且由于后期高压电缆接头施工需要,对于混凝土外观质量要求高,结合实际工程案例就长距离水平泵送混凝土时存在的问题及应对措施进行阐述,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。With the continuous speeding up of urbanization process in China,it is started to select the large-diameter shield tunnel for the construction of electric pipe network.The setup of compartments and floors inside the tunnel can not only meet the demands of laying and maintaining the existing pipelines,but also reserve the long-term line position.But different from the conventional structure construction,the structural construction inside the area involves the long-distance transport of concrete.And due to the needs of later high-voltage cable joint construction,the requirements for concrete appearance quality are high.Combined with the practical engineering cases,the existing problems and the countermeasures for the long-distance horizontal pumping concrete are expounded,which provides the reference for the future similar projects.
