摘　　要：目的:了解贵州省公立非营利性健康管理(体检)机构资源与运营情况。方法:选取贵州省41个公立非营利性健康管理(体检)机构进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括机构基本情况、服务内容、人力资源、设备及科研项目等,分析健康管理机构数及其构成比、各级机构不同职业、职称和学历人数及其构成比、各级机构占地面积、固定资产、体检设备数及其构成比及各级机构承担研究项目均数。结果:被调查机构均为医疗机构下设的健康管理(体检)单元,其中三级机构21个、二级机构20个,健康管理服务总开展比例为58.98%;工作人员以护士和医师为主(84.93%),职称分布以初级为主(40.42%),学历分布以本科及以下为主(48.03%);26个机构占地面积≥400 m 2,平均每个机构拥有体检设备15.85台,23个(57.5%)机构配备健康体检软件和健康管理软件;2016年平均每个机构承担科研项目1.12项,发表文章3.22篇。结论:贵州省公立非营利性健康管理(体检)机构需再进一步提高综合服务能力。Objective:To understand the resources and operation of public non-profit health management(physical examination)institutions in Guizhou Province.Methods:A questionnaire was conducted in 41 public non-profit health management institutions in Guizhou.The contents of the questionnaire included the basic information of the institutions,service content,human resources,equipment and scientific research projects.It aimed to analyze the number of health management institutions and their composition ratio,the number of different occupations,titles and academic qualifications of institutions at all levels,the area of institutions at all levels,the fixed assets,the number of medical examination equipment and its composition,and the average number of research projects undertaken by institutions at all levels.Results:All health management units investigated were under medical institutions including 21 third class institutions and 20 second class institutions.The Total health management services was 58.98%in Guizhou.Among investigated professionals,the staff were mainly nurses and doctors(84.93%);Their professional title was primary(40.42%);Their academic degree was undergraduate and below(48.03%);26 institutions occupied an area of more than 400 m 2,with an average of 15.85 medical examination equipment per institution,and 23 institutions(57.5%)were equipped with health examination software and health management software;Conclusion:Non-profit public health management institutions of Guizhou need further to improve comprehensive service capacity for positive development of health management.
