摘  要:2019年12月以来,2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)在我国湖北武汉被发现并迅速扩散至全国。全国范围内各疫区尤其医院急需药品、口罩、防护服等应急医疗物资的快速输送。为提高医药物流响应能力,提出了医院药品供应链物流管理模式(以下简称“SPD模式”)下的药品定数包装方案以实现资源节约和效率提升。对于药品定数包装后的收益分配,采用了基于Topsis法改进Shapley值的分配方法,得出药品定数包装后医院与物流中心分配到的收益均比之前有所提高的结论,利用某医院与上海医药物流中心(以下简称“上药物流”)调研数据实证分析,验证了方法和结论的正确性和可靠性。Since December 2019,the 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)has been found in wuhan,hubei province,and spread rapidly across the country.In particular,hospitals in affected areas across the country are in urgent need of the rapid delivery of emergency medical supplies such as medicines,masks and protective clothing.In order to improve the responsiveness of pharmaceutical logistics,the pharmaceutical supply chain logistics management model(hereinafter referred to as SPD model)was proposed to realize resource saving and efficiency improvement.For drug income distribution after the destiny packaging,based oopsis method is adopted to improve Shapley value method,the distribution of the medicinal product number assigned to hospital after packaging and logistics center has improved than before the benefits are conclusions,using a hospital and Shanghai pharmaceutical logistics center(hereinafter referred to as the“medicine logistics”)empirical analysis of survey data,verify the correctness and reliability of the method and the conclusion.
