摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的进步及经济全球化的发展,海南跨境电商规模迅速壮大,成为海南对外贸易的新动力,跨境贸易迅速增长的同时也刺激了现代物流自身的迅速提升。跨境电商和现代物流的发展相辅相成,相互促进,两者融合发展是未来经济发展的必然趋势和要求。文章在分析海南跨境电商和现代物流在协同发展中存在的问题的基础上,从基础设施建设、智能物流体系、技术创新、信息化水平、平台构建、法律机制几个方面为跨境电商与现代物流的融合发展提出对策建议。With the continuous progress of modern information technology and the continuous development of economic globalization,the scale of cross-border e-commerce in hainan has grown rapidly,becoming a new driving force for foreign trade in hainan.The rapid growth of cross-border trade has also stimulated the rapid improvement of modern logistics itself.The development of cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics complement and promote each other,and their integrated development is the inevitable trend and requirement of future economic development.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics in hainan,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of cross-border e-commerce and modern logistics from the aspects of infrastructure construction,intelligent logistics system,technological innovation,information level,platform construction and legal mechanism.
