摘  要:文章以苏州农业职业技术学院为例,从高职院校特色发展的现实出发,探索“双高计划”背景下高职院校战略定位及建设高水平职业院校的发展路径。苏州农院围绕“支撑现代农业发展,成就师生精彩人生”的办学愿景,坚守农心本色,坚持服务“三农”,努力打造“江南农耕文化弘扬者、园艺职业教育开拓者、苏州园林技艺传承者、智慧农业建设领跑者、国际职业农民培育输出探路者”五张名片;励志耕耘,树木树人,开展政行校企深度合作、“五位一体”协同育人、实施整体教学改革、推进专业转型升级、形成了高素质新型农民培育的“苏南模式”。新时代,将围绕“双高计划”的十大改革任务,明确目标,注重绩效,全力建设,推进学院高质量发展。Taking Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper starts from the reality of the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges,and explores the strategic positioning of higher vocational colleges and the development path of constructing high-level vocational colleges under the background of"double-high plan".Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College centers around the principle of"'supporting the development of modern agriculture and realizing wonderful careers'on the part of teachers and students,sticking to the agricultural characteristics,adhering to the service of'three agriculture issues',cultivating"Jiangnan farming culture builders,vocational gardening education pioneers,Suzhou garden art tradition keepers,wisdom agriculture construction leaders,and international professional farmers training pathfinders".We have worked hard in our efforts of cultivating talents,carried out the in-depth cooperation between government,colleges and enterprises,performed the"five-in-one"collaborative education,implemented the overall teaching reform,promoted the professional transformation and upgrading,and constructed the"Sunan Model"of high-quality new-type farmer cultivation.
