摘  要:该文运用流体流动方程、燃油进出流量方程等方法,建立了合适的、系统的多目标优化模型,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法标定了模型参数,以此来对高压油管的压力控制问题进行处理分析,其高压油泵的计算是建立在集中容积法的控制方程基础上的,高压油泵柱塞腔内的油压变化和相连接结构内的油压变化可通过该方程表示出来,为实现供油与喷油的动态模拟过程,所以要建立柱塞在凸轮驱动下的运动的动态方程,进而确定使油管的内部压强稳定时的凸轮的角速度。The paper uses fuel in and out of the flow equation、the fluid flow equations,and other methods,the establishment of a suit able,multi-objective optimization model of the system,by adopting the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method to calibrate model parameters,in order to deal with high pressure tubing pressure control problem analysis,the calculation of the high pressure oil pump is Based on control equation of concentrated volume,high pressure oil pump plunger cavity connected oil pres sure and oil pressure changes in the structure of can be represented by the equation and to achieve the dynamic simulation of the fuel supply and injection process,so to build a plunger in the dynamic equation of CAM driven,the angular velocity of the CAM is then de termined to stabilize the internal pressure of the tubing.
