摘　　要：目的探讨微创手术与乳晕旁切口手术在治疗SimonⅡb级男性乳房发育症患者效果的对比。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2017年7月收治的62例SimonⅡb级男性乳房发育症患者的临床病理资料,根据手术方式不同分成观察组(30例)和对照组(32例)。观察组采用Mammotome微创手术,对照组采用乳晕旁切口手术,分析比较两组手术情况、术后并发症以及术后美学评估。结果观察组患者术中出血量、切口愈合时间和术后剧烈疼痛程度均明显少(短)于对照组(P<0.05)。无论观察组还是对照组,术后弹力绷带佩戴时间过短均会影响到术后乳房外观。结论对于治疗SimonⅡb级的男性乳房发育症患者来说,Mammotome微创手术具有术中出血量少、切口愈合时间快、疼痛感受程度低的优势。并且尽量延长弹力绷带佩戴时间,可以改善乳房外观。Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery and areola incision surgery for SimonⅡb gynecomastia.Methods The clinicopathological data of 62 patients with SimonⅡb gynecomastia admitted from January 2013 to July 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different operation methods,the patients were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(32 cases).The observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,and the control group was treated with areola incision surgery.The operation condition,postoperative complications and aesthetic evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,incision healing time and postoperative severe pain feeling in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wearing time of the elastic bandage would affect the breast appearance regardless of the observation group or the control group.Conclusion For SimonⅡb gynecomastia patients,Mammotome minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss,faster wound healing time,lower pain feeling.Extending the wearing time of the elastic bandage can improve the breast appearance.
