摘　　要：目的探究在老年患者下肢骨科手术中采取超声引导下外周神经阻滞麻醉的价值。方法纳入100例老年下肢骨科手术患者于2017年5月—2019年6月在我院开展研究。依据病历单双号随机抽取50例麻醉选择常规外周神经阻滞(对照组),另外50例借助超声引导实施外周神经阻滞麻醉(试验组),评估两组麻醉效果及术后功能恢复情况。结果试验组患者麻醉起效、痛觉阻滞及首次下床时长相较于对照组更短;试验组术中麻醉药物使用剂量及术后动脉血氧含量均优于对照组;治疗后对照组下肢运动功能量表(fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)及平衡功能量表(berg balance scale,BBS)评分显著低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者下肢骨科手术中采取超声引导下外周神经阻滞麻醉具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block anesthesia.Methods 100 elderly patients from May 2017 to June 2019 were assigned.Routine peripheral nerve block(control group)was randomly selected from 50 patients with odd-even anesthesia according to the medical records,and another 50 patients underwent peripheral nerve block anesthesia with ultrasonic guidance(test group),to evaluate the anesthetic effect and postoperative functional recovery of the two groups.Results Compared with control group,test group had shorter anesthesia onset,algesia block and initial ambulant time,better application dosage of anesthetics and arterial oxygen contents,and lower FMA(fugl-Meyer assessment)and BBS(berg balance scale scores)(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block anesthesia is of great importance in clinical practice.
