全程护理干预对电子纤维喉镜检查的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析全程护理干预对电子纤维喉镜检查的影响。方法时间:2017年5月—2019年6月,样本:在本院进行电子纤维喉镜检查患者,样本量:72例,按照检查先后顺序编号,随机分为两组,各36例,对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予全程护理干预,比较两组并发症率和护理满意度。结果试验组并发症率为2.78%,低于对照组16.67%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;试验组护理满意度为97.22%,高于对照组80.56%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在电子纤维喉镜检查中,开展全程护理干预更利于为患者提供优质服务,保护患者安全,患者满意度理想。Objective To investigate the impact of whole-course nursing intervention on electronic fiber laryngoscopy.Methods Time:from May 2017 to June 2019,sample:patients underwent electronic fiber laryngoscopy in the hospital,sample size:72 cases,numbered according to the order of examination,randomly divided into 2 groups,with 36 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given full-course nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 2.78%,which was lower than that of the control group 16.67%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction of the test group was 97.22%,which was higher than 80.56%of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the electronic fiber laryngoscopy,the whole process of nursing intervention is more conducive to providing patients with quality services,protecting patients’safety,and patient satisfaction is ideal.
