摘　　要：目的研究神经外科患者护理安全危险因素与护理方法,为临床提供指导。方法将2017年3月—2019年3月本院90例神经外科患者作为主要研究对象,采用回顾性分析方法,归纳总结护理安全危险因素,采取必要的护理方法。结果根据分析结果发现,神经外科患者护理安全危险因素涵盖窒息(3.33%,3/90)、药液渗漏(5.56%,5/90)、意外脱管(6.67%,6/90)、皮肤损伤(16.67%,15/90)、跌倒(1.11%,1/90)、查对不严格(4.44%,4/90),发生率最高的就是皮肤损伤。结论神经外科患者护理工作的开展会遇到诸多护理风险,不良事件发生率很高,只有结合相关因素,采取必要的护理方法,才能够确保护理工作的顺利开展。Objective To study the risk factors and nursing methods of nursing safety in neurosurgical patients,and to provide guidance for clinical.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,90 patients with neurosurgery in the hospital were the main research subjects.The retrospective analysis method was used to summarize the risk factors of nursing safety and take necessary nursing methods.Results According to the analysis results,the safety risk factors for neurosurgical patients included asphyxia(3.33%,3/90),drug leakage(5.56%,5/90),accidental detubation(6.67%,6/90),Skin damage(16.67%,15/90),falls(1.11%,1/90),check is not strict(4.44%,4/90),the highest incidence is skin damage.Conclusion The development of nursing work in neurosurgical patients will encounter many nursing risks,and the incidence of adverse events is very high.Only by combining relevant factors and taking necessary nursing methods can we ensure the smooth development of nursing work.
