摘　　要：简述铁路轮箍相关标准发展历程,介绍国内外轮箍相关标准情况。重点阐述最新版机车轮箍标准TB/T 1400.2—2018《机车用有箍车轮第2部分:轮箍》修订后的主要技术指标及变化,以便更好地理解和实施标准。This paper briefly introduces the development process of relevant standards of railway rough-rolled tyres,and explains the relevant standards of rough-rolled tyres home and abroad.This paper focuses on the main technical indexes and changes after the revision of the latest edition of locomotive tyre standard TB/T 1400.2—2018 Wheel with tyre for railway locomotive-Part 2:Rough-rolled tyres,to better understand and enforce the standard.
