关于徐州北站铁路货车超偏载检测装置量值保证工作的思考

摘　　要：在介绍铁路货车超偏载检测装置组成、功能、运用内涵的基础上,分别从检定前工作、检定作业时间、检定方法、期间核查4个方面,阐述徐州北站超偏载检测装置量值保证工作,分析目前工作中存在的不足,提出加强协调沟通、加大研发力度、开展精细化期间核查、修订检定规程4条建议,对于其他基层站段做好超偏载检测装置量值保证工作具有参考意义。On the basis of introducing overload and unbalanced load detection device of the railway freight car from aspects of composition,function and application connotation,from the four aspects of pre-verification work,verifica tion time,verification method and period verification,this paper explains the value guarantee work of the overload and unbalanced load detection device in Xuzhou North Station.It analyzes the shortcomings in the current work,and rais es four suggestions:strengthening coordination and communication,R&D,carrying out period verification,and revis ing the verification regulations.As well as working well in other stations and sections,the work of value guarantee is of reference significance.
