摘　　要：针对铁路货车出厂前单车试验时多次出现制动缸缓解慢的问题,通过分析原因,发现是由于120制动阀中缓解阀滤尘堵的通透性差造成。为解决上述问题,提出研制滤尘堵通透性检测设备——120空气制动阀滤尘堵通透性测量仪。根据设计思路,阐述该测量仪的组成、主要技术参数和工作原理。通过试验,统计确定慢充位和快速缓解位的合理区间。最后,简要介绍检测方法。Aiming at the issues of slow relief of brake cylinder which occur many times in the test of railway freight car before leaving the factory,the reason is found to be caused by the poor permeability of the filter plug of 120 brake valve.In order to solve the above issues,this paper proposes to develop a filter plug permeability detection equipment-120 air brake valve filter permeability measurement instrument.According to the design idea,the composition,main technical parameters and working principles of the measuring instrument are explained.The reasonable interval of slow filling and fast relieving was determined by experiment.Finally,the detection method is briefly introduced.
