摘  要:介绍一种城轨直线电机车辆智能运维综合检测系统。在既有城轨直线电机车辆运维检修基础上,采用车载传感器技术、物联网+5G技术、轨旁综合智能检测技术、人工智能深度学习技术、大数据分析技术,可智能感知车辆运行状态、在线检测车辆轮对关键参数、自动识别并预警全车外观可视关键部件异常,并完成数据综合分析与管理,实现车辆健康状态的综合监测分析。智能运维综合检测系统结合人工检修,可有效提升城轨直线电机车辆检修质量,对未来城轨直线电机车辆检修模式变革、优化直线电机车辆均衡修作业周期有重要意义。This paper introduces an intelligent integrated inspection system for the operation and maintenance of city rail linear motor vehicles.The existing urban rail based on linear motor vehicle operational maintenance,sensor tech nology,the internet of things with 5G technology,trackside integrated intelligent detection technology,deep learning of intelligence technology,big data analysis technology,an intelligent vehicle running status,online detection of vehi cle wheel of key parameters,automatic identification and warning of whole vehicle appearance abnormal visual key components,and complete the comprehensive data analysis and management,implement comprehensive monitoring analysis of vehicle status.The intelligent operation and maintenance comprehensive inspection system combined with manual maintenance can effectively improve the maintenance quality of urban rail linear motor vehicles,which is of great significance to the reform of the maintenance mode in the future as well as the optimization of the balanced re pair cycle of linear motor vehicles.
