摘　　要：二甲酸钾是欧盟批准的第一个用于猪饲料抗生素促生长剂的代替品,其研究和开发始于20世纪90年代中期的欧洲。文章总结了二甲酸钾的特性、在动物生产中作用机理及其应用和替抗效果的研究进展。Potassium dicarboxylate is the first substitute approved by the European Union for antibiotic growth promoting agent in pig feed.Its research and development began in Europe in the mid-1990s.This paper summarized the effects of potassium diformate in animal feed,and the function mechanism was also discussed in order to provide evidence for the substitute for antibiotics in feed.
