摘　　要：韶钢中棒线由于工程设计存在缺陷,自投产以来存在4低:生产效率低,质量控制水平低,成材率低和尺寸精度低。为了改善现状,近年来进行了孔型系统改造、导卫系统改造、剪切工艺优化等一系列创新,有效地提高了中棒质量和生产稳定性,大幅度释放特钢产能。There were defects in engineering design of the middle-size bar rolling line at SGIS.There have been four low levels:low production efficiency,low quality control level,low yield and low dimensional accuracy since its commissioning.To improve the conditions,a series of innovative means such as roll pass system reform,modification on guidance system,and shearing process optimization,have been carried out in recent years.The quality and the stability of production of medium-size rods have been improved effectively.Large-scale release of special steel production capacity has been achieved.
