摘  要:针对既有中继阀存在防腐能力差、活塞杆套脱落、放风弯头断裂、重量大等问题,提出新型中继阀研制技术方案。在保持既有中继阀安装方式和接口尺寸基础上,优化产品结构。一是采用铝合金、铜、不锈钢等耐腐蚀材质,解决既有中继阀的锈蚀问题,整体降低中继阀重量约60%。二是中心孔处采用整体阀套结构,便于加工和组装。整体阀套上部采用凸肩结构,解决既有中继阀活塞杆套脱落的问题。三是在阀体上加工沉孔,在阀体沉孔内安装粉末冶金滤尘片,以避免放风弯头磕碰易造成断裂丢失问题。新型中继阀样机试制完成后,进行了性能试验、20万次疲劳试验和-50℃~70℃使用环境温度试验,试验结果均满足设计要求。In view of the issues in the existing relay valve,such as poor anti-corrosion ability,falling off of piston rod sleeve,fracture of vent elbow,and heavy weight,a new technical scheme for the R&D of relay valve is proposed.On the basis of maintaining the existing relay valve installation mode and interface size,optimize the product structure.One is to use aluminum alloy,copper,stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials to solve the corrosion problem,reducing the weight of the relay valve by about 60%.The second is to use the integral valve sleeve structure at the center hole,which is convenient for processing and assembly.The upper part of the integral valve sleeve adopts the shoulder structure to solve the problem of falling off of the piston rod sleeve of the existing relay valve.The third is to process the counterbore on the valve body,and install the powder metallurgy dust filter in the counterbore of the valve body,so as to avoid the fracture and loss caused by the collision of the vent elbow.After the trial production of the new relay valve prototype,the performance test,200000 fatigue tests and-50℃~70℃ambient temperature test are carried out,and the test results meet the design requirements.
