摘　　要：鸡减蛋综合征是由腺病毒引起的鸡的主要传染病之一,自1976年国外首次发现该病以来,已在包括我国在内的许多国家流行,给养禽业造成巨大的经济损失。2005年黑龙江省绥化市一个体养鸡场的190日龄商品蛋鸡突然出现产蛋下降,从发病鸡的输卵管中分离到一株具有血凝性的病毒。经过HI试验、AGP试验、理化特性和PCR序列扩增及测序,证明分离到的病毒是一株EDS76V。Chicken egg loss syndrome is one of the main infectious diseases of chickens caused by adenovirus.Since the first discovery of this disease in 1976,it has been prevalent in many countries including China,causing huge economic losses to the poultry industry.In 2005,190 day old commercial laying hens in suihua city,Heilongjiang province suddenly produced a drop in egg production.After HI test,AGP test,physicochemical characteristics,PCR sequence amplification and sequencing,it was proved that the virus was a strain EDS76V.
