摘  要:在冶金过程流体力学课程教学中,连铸过程结晶器内冶金行为是冶金流体力学教学中重点和难点,但课堂讲授过程中学生对这门课程学习存在畏难情绪。为了让同学更好了解连铸过程结晶器内多相传输过程,本研究通过钒钛资源综合利用四川省重点实验室的冶金过程结晶器模拟装置以及先进数值模拟工具来改善课题教学效果,提高学习效率,加深对结晶器内非对称复杂流动过程理解。本研究引入的结晶器内卷渣实验和数值模拟以及软件应用案例,对于以后冶金过程工艺流体实验和仿真教学具有推广价值。In the teaching of fluid mechanics in metallurgical process,the metallurgical behavior in the continuous casting process is key and difficult point.Owing to the fact that students have difficulty in learning this course,in order to let students better understand the multi-phase transmission process,this study makes use of the modeling of the metallurgical process at Sichuan Key Laboratory of Comprehensive Utilization of Vanadium and Titanium Resources to further improve the teaching effect,efficiency of the classroom,and understanding of the asymmetrical complex flow phenomena with advanced numerical simulation tools.The experiment of slag entrapment in the mold,numerical simulation and software application are introduced in this study which are valuable in popularizing fluid experiment and simulation method in metallurgical process.
