山西省专利代理机构现状分析及发展对策研究

摘　　要：专利代理机构作为专利工作的专业化中介服务机构,在知识产权的创造、运用、保护和管理方面发挥着不可替代的作用。专利代理行业虽在不断发展,但是其服务能力和范围依然无法满足市场中不同企业的需求。分析了山西省专利代理行业的现状及其存在的问题,并从多个角度提出了相应的对策和建议,希望可以促进山西省专利代理行业更好地发展。As a specialized intermediary service agency for patent work,patent agency plays an irreplaceable role in aspects of creation,application,protection and management of intellectual property.Although the patent agency industry is developing,however,its service capacity and scope still cannot meet the needs of different enterprises in the market.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Shanxi patent agency industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from multiple angles,hoping to promote the development of Shanxi patent agency industry.
