摘 要:采用均匀试验设计法,研究硫黄、促进剂MBT、ZDBC和DPG和用量对聚异戊二烯胶乳硫化胶膜性能的影响,引入断裂能作为硫化胶膜性能的评价指标,构建断裂能与3种促进剂和硫黄用量的数学回归模型并进行优化。结果表明:在本试验条件下,构建的断裂能、硫黄、促进剂MBT、ZDBC和DPG用量(S,M,Z和D)之间的关系为W(S,M,Z,D)=29.0558-0.0020S5+5.3918(M×Z)0.55-2.8504D1.4+4.9786(M×Z×D)0.53,并由此求得优化方案;硫黄用量为0.98 g,促进剂MBT用量为0.77 g,促进剂ZDBC用量为0.77 g,促进剂DPG用量为0.32 g,硫化胶膜的断裂能模拟优化值为42.78 J·m-^2,验证试验实测值达39.81 J·m^-2,与模拟优化值接近,表明构建的回归模型具有实际应用价值;促进剂MBT与ZDBC之间以及促进剂MBT,ZDBC与DPG三者之间存在交互效应。The effects of sulfur,accelerator MBT,ZBDC and DPG on the properties of polyisoprene latex film were studied by uniform experimental design method.The fracture energy was introduced as the index of the tensile properties of the vulcanizate film,and the mathematical regression model of fracture energy using the dosages of three accelerators and sulfur as factors was constructed and optimized.The results showed that the relationship among the fracture energy(W),dosage of sulfur(S),MBT(M),ZBDC(Z)and DPG(D)was:W(S,M,Z,D)=29.0558-0.0020S5+5.3918(M×Z)0.55-2.8504D1.4+4.9786(M×Z×D)0.53.The optimum scheme was 0.98 g of sulfur,0.77 g of accelerator ZDBC,0.77 g of accelerator MBT and 0.32 g of accelerator DPG.The optimum fracture energy of vulcanized film was 42.78 J·m^-2 as calculated by using the model,which was close to the experimental test result,39.81 J·m^-2,which confirmed that the regression model had practical application value.The model also showed there were significant interaction effects between accelerator MBT and ZDBC,as well as among accelerator MBT,ZDBC and DPG.
