双链互动管理模式提高血液科PICC置管患者自护能力及导管维护效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨双链互动管理模式提高血液科经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者自护能力及导管维护效果的观察。方法选取2017年3月至2019年4月我院收治的PICC置管患者104例为研究对象,按照入院单双号顺序将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用双链互动管理模式干预。比较两组患者自护能力、PICC相关知识知晓情况、并发症发生率及满意度。结果干预后观察组自我护理概念、自我护理技能、自护责任感及健康知识水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者PICC相关知识知晓情况高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、服务内容、人员素质评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双链互动管理模式能够提高血液科PICC置管患者自护能力、相关知识的掌握水平和患者满意度,减少并发症发生率。Objective To explore the observation of applying double-chain interactive management mode to improve self-care ability and catheter maintenance effect of patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)catheterization in hematology departmen.Methods To select 104 cases of patients with PICC catheterized who admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the order of admission single and double numbers.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with dual-chain interactive management model intervention.The two groups of patients were compared for their self-care ability,awareness of PICC related knowledge,incidence rate of complications,and satisfaction.Results The self-care concept,self-care skills,self-care responsibility and health knowledge scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The awareness of PICC related knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the contral gourp(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the contral group(P<0.05).The observation group's service attitude,service content,and personnel quality scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dual-chain interactive management model could improve the self-care ability of patients with PICC catheterization in the hematology department,master the relevant knowledge and patient's satisfaction,and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
