摘　　要：在网络信息迅猛发展的环境下,研究所图书馆要突出以用户需求为导向的服务,才能促进发展。中国医学科学院药物研究所图书馆以科研教学需求为导向,优化资源建设,参与到教学、科研及管理实践中,提升基础服务的质量,开展深入的专业学科知识服务,不断提升图书馆自身的核心竞争力,以满足用户个性化专业化的信息需求。Under the rapid development of network information environment,institute libraries should highlight demand-oriented services in order to promote development.Guided by the demand of scientific research and teaching,the library of Institute of Materia Medica of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences optimizes resource construction,participates in teaching,scientific research and management practice,improves the quality of basic services,carries out in-depth professional subject knowledge services,and constantly enhances the core competitiveness of the library itself,in order to meet the personalized and professional information needs of users.
