腔内钬激光内切开术治疗男性创伤性后尿道狭窄的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腔内钬激光内切开术治疗男性创伤性后尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法选取本院泌尿外科2015年1月至2018年6月收治的80例男性创伤性后尿道狭窄患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组接受常规手术治疗,实验组接受腔内钬激光内切开术治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组手术时间、胃肠道恢复时间和术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,手术中出血量明显少于对照组,住院成本明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症发生率为40.0%,复发率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的85.0%、25.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论男性创伤性后尿道狭窄患者接受腔内钬激光内切开术治疗,操作简单易行,治疗的有效性和安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic holmium laser incision in the treatment of male traumatic posterior urethral stricture.Methods 80 male patients with traumatic posterior urethral stricture were retrospectively analyzed from January 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital,they were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment options,with 40 cases in each group.After routine surgical treatment,the experimental group received intracavitary holmium laser incision,comparing the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The operation time,gastrointestinal recovery time and postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 40.0%,and the recurrence rate was 10.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(85.0%and 25.0%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Male patients with traumatic posterior urethral stricture undergo endoscopic holmium laser incision,which is easy to operate and has high efficacy and safety.
