摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的发展,老年人日间照料设施成为社区设计的必要组成部分。分析了老年人日间照料设施总平面和单体的设计要点,总结了老旧小区将已有建筑物改造为老年人日间照料设施应进行现状排查和改造的6个因素,并以台北市2处老年人日间照料中心为案例,论证了这类设施设计出发点,即:应注意心理需求大于生理需求,才能让老年人以喜爱的方式生活,寻找自身价值感。With the development of the aging population,day care facilities for the aged are becoming an essential part of community design.This paper analyzes the design points of day care facilities for the aged,including site plans and single buildings,6 factors that should be investigated and improved when older residential communities transform the preexisting constructions into day care facilities for the aged,and through 2 cases of day care centers for the aged in Taipei,prove the importance of the starting point for designing this kind of facilities,mean:pay attention to psychological more than physical needs,can let the elders live in the way they like;find their own sense of worth.
