摘　　要：目的:探讨缺血性卒中病人出院准备度的影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表对381例缺血性卒中病人进行调查,分析病人出院准备度的影响因素。结果:381例缺血性卒中病人中,出院准备充分和不充分的病人分别为224例(58.8%)和157例(41.2%)。单因素分析显示,年龄、性别、受教育程度、是否独居、出院后是否有人照护和住院时间与缺血性卒中病人出院准备度有关(P<0.05~P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、性别、受教育程度、出院后是否有人照护和住院时间是缺血性卒中病人出院准备度的独立影响因素(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:医护人员应重点关注年龄大、女性、受教育程度低、出院后无人照护及住院时间长的病人的出院准备情况,积极采取个性化、针对性的干预措施,以提高缺血性卒中病人的出院准备度。Objective:To determine the influencing factors of discharge readiness in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 381 ischemic stroke patients were investigated using general data questionnaire and readiness for hospital discharge scale,and the factors influencing the discharge readiness were analyzed.Results:In the 381 patients,224(58.8%)patients were adequately ready for discharge,and 157(41.2%)patients were inadequately ready for discharge.Univariate analysis showed that age,gender,educational level,living alone or not,having nursing care or not after discharge and hospital stay were related to the discharge readiness in ischemic stroke patients(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,education level,having nursing care or not after discharge and hospital stay were the independent influencing factors of the discharge readiness in ischemic stroke patients(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:Health care professionals should focus on the discharge readiness in older,female,less educated,unattended and long-hospitalized patients,and actively take personalized and targeted intervention measures to improve the discharge readiness of ischemic stroke patients.
