摘　　要：本研究总结分析毫针刺法与针效关系的研究现状,为优化临床针刺方案及毫针刺法与针效关系研究提供可能的思路。检索毫针刺法影响针效的相关文献,重点对针刺角度、方向、深度影响针效的作用环节及规律进行总结分析。针刺的角度、方向、深度对针效的影响各不相同,选择与病证相适应的刺法是提高针效的关键。毫针刺法与针效的关系研究逐渐受到重视,但尚缺乏临床试验与机理研究相结合的系统性研究,有待进一步完善。This study summarized and analyzed the research status of the relationship between filiform needling and acupuncture effect,so as provide possible ideas for optimizing the clinical acupuncture scheme and the study of the relationship between filiform needling and acupuncture effect.Related literatures about the effect of filiform needling manipulation on acupuncture effect were reviewed in the study,which mainly focused on the influences of the regularity of needling angle,needling direction and needling depth to acupuncture effect.Different needling angle,needling direction and needling depth have different effects on the acupuncture effect,and choosing suitable needling manipulation were the key points to improve acupuncture effect when treating diseases.The research on the relationship between filiform needling and acupuncture effect has received increasing attention,but it still lacks of systematic research combining clinical trials and mechanism research,therefore further exploration needs to be improved.
