针药并用在早发性卵巢功能不全防治中的价值初探

摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全的常规西医治法包括激素替代疗法和辅助生殖技术,但均存在一定局限性。针药并用是在中医理论指导下,综合使用针灸和中药的一种综合治疗模式,在防治早发性卵巢功能不全中具有一定价值,不仅可提高临床疗效,还可为优化治疗方案、提高治疗安全性奠定基础。未来应进一步明确针药并用防治早发性卵巢功能不全的内涵,在中医理论指导下制定规范,深化基础研究,阐述相应机制,不断完善针药并用防治POI的体系。Routine western medical treatments for premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)include hormone replacement therapy and assisted reproductive technology,but there are certain limitations of them.Acupuncture combined with TCM medication is a comprehensive therapy,which is in accordance with the guidance of the theory of TCM,having a certain value in the prevention and treatment of POI.It can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also lay a good foundation for optimizing treatment scheme and enhancing treatment safety.In the future,the connotation of acupuncture combined with TCM medication in treating POI should be further clarified,and the standard should be formulated under the guidance of the theory of TCM.The basic research should be deepened so as to elaborate the corresponding mechanism,and the system of prevention and treatment of POI should be continuously improved.
