足三里烧山火针刺治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察足三里烧山火针刺治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将48例糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。对照组采用常规针刺法治疗;治疗组在常规针刺基础上行足三里烧山火法。在治疗前和治疗4周后观察Dyck评分、密西根神经病变筛选表(MNSI)和神经传导速度,并比较两组的临床效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.83%(23/24),对照组为75.00%(18/24),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组的Dyck评分、MNSI和神经传导速度与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:足三里烧山火针刺治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变是一种有效的方法。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of mountain burning fire acupuncture applied to ST36 in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of lower extremities.Methods:A total of 48 DPN patients of lower extremities were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=24)and the control group(n=24).The control group was treated with routine acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with mountain burning fire acupuncture applied to ST36.Dyck score,Michigan Neuropathy Screening List(MNSI)scores and nerve conduction velocity were observed before the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment,and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.83%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in Dyck score,MNSI scores and nerve conduction velocity between before the treatment and after four weeks of the treatment in the same group(P<0.05),of which the improvements were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mountain burning fire acupuncture applied to ST36 is an effective treatment for DPN of lower extremities.
