摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗坐骨神经痛在现代临床研究中的选穴规律。方法:通过计算机检索2009年1月—2019年2月中文数据库CNKI、万方、维普中针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献,归纳分析选穴规律。结果:共纳入合格文献192篇,包含74个腧穴,共使用1494次,经络主要以足太阳膀胱经(54.89%)和足少阳胆经(34.74%)为主;选穴部位以下肢(83.13%)为主;常用穴位依次为环跳(188)、委中(154)、阳陵泉(143)、承山(117)、昆仑(110)、大肠俞(88)、秩边(87)、悬钟(82)、肾俞(78)、承扶(56)。结论:现代针灸治疗坐骨神经痛以循经、局部取穴为主,重视本经配穴及阳经腧穴的应用。Objective:To explore the regularity of acupoints selection in modern clinical researches of acupuncture in treating sciatica.Methods:Literatures related to acupuncture in treating sciatica were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang data and VIP defined from January 2009 to February 2019.The regularity of acupoints selection was summarized.Results:192 qualified literatures were included,involving 74 acupoints,which were used for 1494 times;the meridians were mainly Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(54.89%)and Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang(34.74%);the acupoints located at the lower limbs were dominant(83.13%),such as GB30(188),BL40(154),GB34(143),BL57(117),BL60(110),BL25(88),BL54(87),GB39(82),BL23(78)and BL36(56).Conclusion:The points along the meridians and local points were mainly chosen when treating sciatica in modern acupuncture,it particularly pays attention to the application of the points of root meridian and points of yang meridian.
