摘  要:通过失重法对陕北某油区的28口采油井中悬挂的碳钢挂片进行腐蚀监测,并对产出液理化性质进行了分析。应用主成分分析法借助SPSS程序分析了温度、含水率、pH等11个影响因素与腐蚀的相关性,并且对现场腐蚀挂片进行扫描电镜以及能谱分析。结果表明:采出液含水率、氯离子含量以及硫化物含量都比较高,水质偏碱性,而影响油管腐蚀的主要因素为硫化物、温度和含水率;通过灰关联计算得出,三者与腐蚀速率的关联度分别为0.8386、0.8281、0.8281,扫面电镜与能谱分析结果与统计分析结果的基本一致,说明利用采出液性质可以预判油管的腐蚀状况。In order to explore the main factors affecting the corrosion of oil well tubing,this study firstly selected 28 Wells in an oil region of northern Shaanxi,monitored the corrosion of carbon steel suspended in the oil well through the weightless method,and comprehensively and systematically analyzed the physical and chemical properties of the produced liquid.Then,the correlation between temperature,moisture content,pH and other 11 influencing factors and corrosion was analyzed by using principal component analysis(PCA)and SPSS,and the corrosion samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy spectrum(EDS).The results showed that the water content,chloride ion content and sulfide content of the produced liquid were relatively high,and the water quality was relatively alkaline.Through grey correlation calculation,the correlation degree between the three factors and the corrosion rate was 0.8386,0.8281 and 0.8281,respectively.The results of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis were basically consistent with the results of statistical analysis,indicating that the corrosion status of tubing could be predicted by using the properties of produced liquid.
