隔姜温和灸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察隔姜温和灸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:选择小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组44例,观察组给予隔姜温和灸治疗,对照组给予孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片口服治疗,治疗6周后观察咳嗽症状评分、肺气道功能指标及CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的变化,并统计临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组在咳嗽症状评分、CD8+水平方面均明显低于对照组,CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在肺气道功能指标(MEF75、MEF50、MEF25)方面明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组临床总有效率分别为93.18%(41/44)、75.00%(33/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔姜温和灸能明显改善小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者咳嗽症状及肺气道功能,且在改善患者的免疫功能方面具有明显调节作用,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ginger-padded mild moxibustion on children's cough variant asthma(CVA)and its influence to immune function.Methods:88 children with CVA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ginger-padded mild moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablet orally.After 6 weeks of treatment,the changes of cough symptom scores,pulmonary airway function indexes,the levels of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were observed,and the clinical effect was analyzed in the two groups.Results:The scores of cough symptom and CD8+level were significantly lower,and the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The indexes of pulmonary airway function were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%(41/44),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(33/44)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginger-padded mild moxibustion can significantly improve the cough symptoms and pulmonary airway function in children with CVA,and it has a significant regulatory role in improving the immune function of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
