摘  要:针对传统烟草包装机推烟包机构存在的故障率高、传送速度慢等问题,引入动力学仿真技术对烟草包装机推烟包机构进行优化设计。依据烟草包装机推烟包机构的组成和工作原理,分析推烟包机构的故障原因及受力情况,并对其内部滑块进行受力分析;根据推烟包机构的功能要求,确定推烟包机构的运动要求;根据分析结果确定机构优化思路,采用动力学仿真技术对滑块、导轨、连接装置和润滑装置进行优化设计。实验结果表明,用该方法优化的烟草包装机推烟包机构能够有效降低烟草包装机推烟包机构的故障率,提高烟草包装机的传送速度,进而提高烟草包装机的工作效率。Aiming at the high failure rate and slow transmission speed of cigarette pusher,the dynamic simulation technology is introduced to optimize the cigarette pusher mechanism of tobacco packing machine.Based on the composition and working principle of the cigarette pusher,the failure reason and force of the cigarette pusher are analyzed,the force of the inner slide is analyzed,the movement requirement of the cigarette pusher is determined according to the function requirement of the cigarette pusher,and the optimization of the mechanism is realized based on the analysis results.The slide,guide rail,connecting device and lubrication device are optimized with dynamic simulation.The experimental results show that the optimized cigarette pusher mechanism can effectively reduce the failure rate of cigarette pusher mechanism,improve the delivery speed of the tobacco packer,and improve the work efficiency.
