摘  要:为了实时获取疏浚钢管的壁厚值,基于B/S基础结构框架、运用PHP&Apache&MySQL平台,构建了疏浚管壁厚度实时监测系统。首先简要介绍了监测系统采用的开发环境;然后详细阐述了系统结构以及功能定位,并针对数据监测功能对数据库进行了设计;最后经系统整体测试,验证了该监测系统的可靠性,证明该系统可完成预期的监控任务。该系统便于工作人员及时获取不同工地典型位置钢管的实时和历史磨损信息,有效规避滞后换管引起的爆管停工风险,可辅助分析管壁减薄原因,延长钢管有效使用寿命,提高生产效率。In the view of real time obtaining the thickness value of dredging pipe,it designs the real-time monitoring system of dredging pipe thickness based on the B/S systematic structure and PHP&Apache&MySQL techniques.It introduces the development environment,shows the detailed instructions of the systematic structure and basic function,describes the design of the database targeting the function of data monitoring.The tests prove that the system is technically reliable and capable of the monitoring task,and is convenient to access the real-time and recorded wearing information for varies conditions,reduces the shutdown risk caused by delaying the replacement of steel pipe,helps to analyze the reduction of thickness and prolongs the service life of steel pipe so as to enhance productivity.
