摘 要:实测了热镀锌锌锅表层锌液的流速,并分析了锌锅浮渣的分布特点,提出了一种在锌锅锌液上方主动加载外场力作用以驱动锌液流动进而改变锌渣分布的新方法,称为锌渣流动管理方法(DFMS-Dross Flowing Management System)。通过源力加载的方式修正了流体动量守恒方程,建立了锌液流场数值计算模型,模拟了不同外场力加载布局下锌锅表层锌液的流场。结果表明,附加外场力作用可有效促进锌锅表层锌液的切向流动,最大切向流速可达0.8 m/s;表层锌液的切向流动可拖动锌渣跟随流动,进而改变锌渣分布,促进锌锅排渣,证实了DFMS的有效性。模拟结果还表明,锌锅表层锌液的切向流速受外场力加载时间的影响较小,而随加载外场力的增大而增大,但加载外场力的大小对100~200 mm深锌液的流速影响较小。最后,通过定义锌锅表层锌液的排渣时间因子讨论了不同外场力加载方式的排渣效率。The flow velocity of zinc bath of a hot-dip galvanizing zinc pot was measured,and the distribution characteristics of the floated zinc dross on the zinc bath were analyzed.Then,the new method that is called DFMS(Dross Flowing Management System)was proposed,of which an active external field force was loaded on the zinc bath to drive it to flow,and then the distribution of the floated zinc dross was changed.The fluid momentum conservation equation was modified by the method of source force loading,and the numerical model of the zinc bath flow field was established.Then,the zinc bath flow fields under different external field force loading layouts were simulated.The results show that the additional external field force can effectively promote the tangential flow of the zinc bath,and the maximum tangential flow velocity can reach to 0.8 m/s.The tangential flow of the zinc bath can drag floated zinc dross to follow the flow,so the distribution of zinc dross was surely changed.Therefore,the zinc dross were easily eliminated and removed,and the effectiveness of DFMS was certainly confirmed.On the other hand,the simulation results also show that the tangential flow velocity of the zinc bath was affected less by the loaded time of the external field force,but increased with the loaded external field force increasing.At the same time,it was found that the magnitude of the loading external field force had a small effect on the zinc bath in 100 to 200 mm deep.Finally,by defining the time factor,the removal efficiency of the zinc dross under different external force loading layouts was discussed.
