摘  要:为了解决三软煤层掘进工作面区域快速消突过程中存在的问题,通过现场观测、理论分析和模拟计算等方法,查明了高压水射流卸煤增透施工过程中煤与瓦斯喷出的主要原因,是卸煤所引起的水平应力集中;区域验证指标超限主要原因是钻孔密度小、瓦斯抽放量少。在选择合理参数基础上,采用水力压裂和钻孔加密的方法,现场应用中效果显著,有效减轻了高压水射流卸煤期间的煤与瓦斯喷出,掘进速度提高了72%左右。实践证明,穿层孔抽放结合水力压裂和高压水射流卸煤增透,可实现煤与瓦斯突出掘进工作面的快速消突。In order to solve the problem exist in the process of the rapid outburst elimination,by the methods of field observation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the authors found out that the horizontal stress concentration caused by the coal unloading is the primary cause of the coal and gas blowout in the process of the coal unloading and permeability improvement technology with high-pressure water jet,and low borehole density and small drainage volume are the main reasons for the super index in the regional validation.They took the methods of the hydraulic fracturing and increase the density of boreholes based on the choices of the reasonable parameters,the effect is significant in the field application,coal and gas blowout during the coal unloading period with high-pressure water jet is effectively reduced,and the driving speed is increased by 72%.Practice has proved that the gas drainage by crossing holes combined with the hydraulic fracturing and the technology of coal unloading and permeability improvement with high-pressure water jet can realize the rapid outburst elimination in the heading face with coal and gas outburst potential.
